Xfinity Field Sales Professional (Woodbridge)

Job Summary This job is responsible for the promotion and selling of XFINITY Residential products and services within an assigned turf. The role focuses on individual direct sales and/or multiple dwelling units to establish relationships that meet sales targets. To maximize sales and/or winbacks the role utilizes extensive product knowledge and sales experience. Job Description Core responsibilities are listed below. Core Responsibilities Showcasing Comcast product expertise and promoting/selling to customers by door-to-door canvassing in an assigned area. Demonstrating current knowledge of XFINITY Residential products, including features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns. Communicating and developing rapport with customers effectively, evaluating individual customers' existing and potential product needs, and making recommendations. Increasing customer understanding of Comcast products and pricing models, as well as unique benefits over other service providers. Evaluating offers from other companies and framing a response to showcase Comcast’s advantages. Meeting the physical requirements of the job, including the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all weather conditions. Obtaining and maintaining any credentials and/or licenses required to sell and/or design alarm systems as mandated by law, where applicable. Consistently exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintaining regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary. Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
