What You'll Do:
✅ Perform maintenance and repairs on drilling equipment
✅ Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions
✅ Work independently while supporting shop operations
✅ Mentor and assist Shop Technician Level 1 team members
✅ Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards
✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For:
✔ High School Diploma or equivalent experience
✔ 3–5 years of shop or oilfield equipment experience
✔ Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
✔ Ability to read schematics, drawings, and work orders
✔ Experience operating shop equipment and forklifts
