Drilling Operator | 2nd Shift

Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift team. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values safety, teamwork, and quality. You’ll support machine operations, maintain production flow, and ensure products meet company standards.

Responsibilities:
- Position panels on machine table, flush and aligned with tooling holes, start operation and remove boards at the end of the cycle.
- Check processed parts against template.
- Check tool sizes, remove and replace reset tools in magazine. Replace broken tools as required.
- Obtain and put away drills, mark drills that need to be re-sharpened.
- Notify supervisor of unusual equipment or operating difficulties.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 3:15pm – 11:45pm
- Over-Time As Needed
Pay:
- $18.00/hr. + $0.75 differential
Requirements:
- Previous experience
- Temperature control environment and stand for extended periods
- Must be able to follow written and spoken and spoken instructions provided in English.
- Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
