Pay: $18.00/hour

Location: Carol Stream, IL

We are currently hiring reliable and detail-oriented Packers to join a fast-paced production team. Plenty of Over time! WORK 6 DAYS ON/2 DAYS OFF

Available Shifts & Pay:

2 days on - 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | $18.00/hr.
2 days on - 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM | $18.00/hr.
2 days on - 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM | $18.00/hr.
2 days off - 4th Shift (Rotating)
Start again on 1st etc. - you will work weekends .

Job Summary:
Pack products into boxes for shipment while following job specifications and maintaining quality standards across multiple production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack products according to specifications
Perform routine quality checks
Report any product or line issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with changeovers and team support as needed
Complete basic quality documentation
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
