LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5–7 years of transactional commercial real estate experience .
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a thriving practice representing developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and business owners on sophisticated real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, due diligence, and development-related matters from inception through closing.
What We're Looking For
• 5–7 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiating skills
• Experience with purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing, and due diligence matters
• Ability to manage transactions independently while providing exceptional client service
• Florida Bar admission preferred
