One of the leading financial institutions is seeking a Bilingual Japanese, Customer Support Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare various reports to perform reconciliation and checking process
- Understand proper operational workflows
- Cooperate with other teams to provide good customer services
- Manage communication records
- Manage checklists on time
- Perform other customer services related tasks as requested
Requirements:
- Bilingual Japanese/English
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent MS Word, Excel skills
- MS Access a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Detail Oriented
- Team Player
- Experience in Financial Industry a plus
