Overview Transportation Operator (Truck Driver) - U.S. Army (Entry-Level, No Experience Needed). Full-time | Part-time | Paid Training | U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Required. The U.S. Army is hiring Transportation Operators to drive military trucks and transport personnel and cargo across diverse terrains. No experience is required. Full training, benefits, and advancement opportunities are provided. Responsibilities Operate Army trucks and wheeled vehicles across road and off-road conditions. Load, secure, and unload cargo and personnel. Identify and report vehicle maintenance issues. Prepare vehicles for shipment by air, rail, or sea. What We Offer Pay: $40,000-$80,000 per year. Bonuses: Up to $40,000 for in-demand roles. Benefits: Housing, food allowance, medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement. Training: 10 weeks of Basic Training and 7 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, including simulation and hands-on driving. Education: Full tuition coverage, scholarships, and student loan repayment. Career Growth: Paid certifications and opportunities to advance into logistics, operations, and leadership. Requirements U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (I-551). High school diploma or GED. No felonies or open legal cases. Must pass drug screening and background check. Must be in good physical health.
