What You Will Do

• Digital Office Management: Utilize healthcare software to manage electronic patient records, schedule appointments, process check-ins, and keep daily administrative workflows running smoothly.
• Patient & Phone Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact—answering incoming calls, handling scheduling, and keeping patients motivated and supported throughout their care journey.
• Patient Care & Rehab Support: Assist patients onto treatment tables, set up passive modalities (heat/ice/electrotherapy), and guide patients through prescribed rehabilitation exercises.
• Clinic Operations: Ensure treatment rooms are sanitized, stocked, and prepared for seamless patient transitions.
