Sourcing Technology Analyst

The Analyst, Sourcing & Procurement Technology will support end-to-end deployment, management, and continuous improvement of sourcing technology applications for the Work Dynamics business across the Americas. The role sits within the Sourcing Technology & Data team and works across procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability, directly supporting the Director, Sourcing Technology in executing the team’s RR&E (Reporting, Reporting & Execution) mandate. Responsibilities Support end-to-end deployment, management, and continuous improvement of sourcing technology applications. Work across procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and AI/data capability. Directly support the Director in executing the team’s RR&E mandate. Enable smarter decisions, stronger client outcomes, and a more connected OneJLL approach to sourcing. Qualifications Analytical rigor and platform fluency. Curiosity about how AI and data can change procurement operations. Decisive in ambiguity and motivated by collective win. Humble enough to learn continuously. Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation Estimated salary: 80,000 – 90,000 USD per year. Location On-site – Chicago, IL.
