We are looking for a NASCO Systems Analyst for the metro Detroit area.
Engagement Description –
Responsible for the delivery of  benefit policy changes .  The work includes but is not limited to business requirement  assessment , detailed system  analysis , benefit  designs  and claims  testing . Analysts must have a working  knowledge  of healthcare payor operations and systems. 

Required Skills/Experience –

• 2-3 yrs  NASCO System  experience  
• Benefit  and  claims testing  
• Medical insurance claims processing  knowledge
• Read and interpret  business documents  
• 3 yr proficiency with  MS Office : Project, Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, Teams  
• 3 years of relevant  technical work experience  

Preferred Skills/Experience – 

• 3 years of healthcare system experience 
• Claims, Benefits and projects
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Additional Requirements:
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills, and particularly strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to perform as a self-starter, with motivation to be accountable and consistently produce high-quality results
•Ability to take/follow direction and work independently
• Demonstrated flexibility, self-discipline and ability to work independently, as well as within a group.
