LOCATION: Coachella, CA (4/10 Work Schedule – Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!)
TYPE: Full-Time
TRAVEL: 20%–40%

TOP QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field; ASQ Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor Certification (or CQE/SQE) highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system requirements and audit methodologies.
- Hands-on mastery of 8D, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), DMAIC, FMEA, and data analysis to drive defect prevention.
- Proven track record leading internal/external QMS audits, managing Corrective Action Systems (CAPA), and evaluating metrics.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible for U.S. Government export control authorizations.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop the annual audit schedule, establish evaluation standards, and lead end-to-end internal and external QMS audits to ensure 100% ISO 9001 compliance.
- Issue and monitor Corrective Action Reports (CAPA), perform root cause analysis, and train cross-functional teams to eliminate defect recurrence.
- Maintain Quality Metrics, risk registers, and executive audit reports for senior leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives.
