Finance Manager – General Partner | Private Equity Firm $130K–$150K Base +Bonus | Hybrid, 3 Days/Week | Boston, MA A leading alternative investment firm is seeking a Finance Manager to join their accounting and finance team in Boston. This is a strong opportunity for someone coming from a tax, assurance, public accounting, partnership accounting, or financial services background who is looking to transition into a Manager-level role with a top private equity platform. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting and operations for various GP entities Manage cash activity, capital calls, distributions, reconciliations, and investor requests Support carry, vesting, profit/loss allocations, FMV reporting, and capital account activity Assist with quarterly tax estimates, annual tax reporting, and partnership books Enter and review cash, book, and tax activity in Investran Partner with internal teams and external advisors on reporting, policy matters, and ad hoc projects Drive process improvements, mentor junior team members, and support workflow automation Qualifications: 7+ years of accounting experience in financial services, public accounting, tax, assurance, or partnerships Strong understanding of investment and partnershipaccounting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred Experience managing direct reports Advanced Excel skills; Investran or similar fund accounting software preferred This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a Manager-level finance role with a highly respected firm, gain exposure across multiple investment strategies, and build long-term experience within a leading alternative asset management platform. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
