Boston Corporate M&A Mid-Level Associate

Position Overview Paul Hastings’ Boston M&A partners are seeking skilled Corporate Associates with three to six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions to join our growing team. The role involves handling private and public company M&A transactions, running deals, and managing high‑level responsibilities. Experience with emerging growth companies and private equity is a plus. Associates will work closely with seasoned partners on sophisticated deals while receiving hands‑on mentoring and professional development. Qualifications Three to six years of U.S. law firm experience in M&A. Outstanding academic record. Admitted to or eligible to waive in the Massachusetts State Bar. Knowledge of private and public company transactions. Compensation Salary range: $260,000 – $390,000 annually (actual pay may vary based on experience and other relevant factors).
