Boston - Corporate Associate (Junior/Mid-Level)

We are searching for junior and mid-level associates to join our Corporate group in our Boston office. The ideal candidates would have experience with start-ups and emerging growth companies, as well as seed and venture capital financings, growth and private equity, and mergers & acquisitions. We are seeking motivated, team-oriented, and collaborative attorneys who are excited about working with clients in the start-up and venture capital ecosystem. Depending on existing experience, your practice at Gunderson would involve a mix of counseling early-stage entrepreneurs, representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A, as well as investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. You will have significant client contact daily, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and general partners of venture funds. Job Requirements

JD 2021-2023

Previous large law firm experience preferred Candidates must be admitted or eligible to waive in to the State Bar of Massachusetts. Eagerness to work with emerging growth companies and funds. Demonstrated experience in venture capital financings, growth and/or private equity, M&A transactions. Excellent written and oral communication skills are highly valued.
