Sanitation Associate

Job Summary

The Sanitation Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment through cleaning, sanitizing, and general housekeeping activities.

• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and work areas following established procedures
• Perform general janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and facility upkeep
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to support daily operations
• Use cleaning chemicals and sanitation products safely and effectively
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures
• Assist with moving materials, supplies, and equipment as needed

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, sanitation, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor environments preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using cleaning chemicals and sanitation equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr.
