This role includes evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.Responsibilities:\n \n Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.\n Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans.\n Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.\n Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in compliance with practice acts and facility policies.\n Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.\n Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.\n Qualifications:\n \n Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).\n Active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.\n Strong clinical skills, documentation proficiency, and communication abilities.\n \n \n Wellspring Nurse Source Job ID #35407102.
