Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 1 year of overall Physical Therapy experience required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience required.
• Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
• Experience managing productivity targets (example: 55–63 patients/week) preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 08:00–16:30, Monday–Friday.
• Schedule Notes: Clinic may require availability for two evenings per week until approximately 19:30 and openness to 4x10 schedules.
• EMR: Raintree.
• Duration: 13–26 weeks.
• Productivity Expectation: Approximately 55–63 patients per week (client target).
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
