Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience required. Alternatively, one year of PT experience in other clinical settings is acceptable.
• Experience with Raintree EMR is preferred.
• Ability to work productivity expectations of approximately 55–63 patients per week is preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0800–1630, Monday through Friday.
• Schedule flexibility: Clinic open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Duration: 13 to 26 weeks.
• EMR: Raintree.
• May be required to float to other sites as needed.
