Accounts Receivable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions has an Accounts Receivable Specialist position open with our client in Orlando, FL. This is a full time, onsite, contract to hire role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate processing of lien waivers, maintain compliance with contractual requirements, collect payments from general contractors, and support the AR team with payment posting, reconciliation, and documentation.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable and lien waiver experience required (within the construction industry)
• Strong knowledge of lien waiver requirements and compliance standards
• Notary Public preferred

Education

• Associate degree in Accounting a plus

Knowledge/Skills

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of accounting software required (Vista ViewPoint preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Work Hours/Pay Rate

• Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
• $26-27.88/hr.
