Bilingual HR Specialist (ADP)

Location: E-Commerce Fulfillment Warehouse
Pay: $60,000 Annual Salary
Schedule: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Summary

Our client, a growing e-commerce fulfillment warehouse, is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Specialist to support all day-to-day Human Resources operations. This is a hands-on role for an organized, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ADP , as all HR functions including payroll, employee records, onboarding, and reporting are managed through the ADP platform. This individual will also work closely with our staffing agency to coordinate onboarding, payroll, attendance, and employee information for temporary associates.

Essential Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll for all employees using ADP .
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientations, new hire paperwork, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation within ADP.
• Process employee status changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employees regarding policies, benefits, payroll, and HR-related questions.
• Partner with the staffing agency to manage temporary workforce needs, including onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee communication.
• Assist with recruiting activities, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance documentation, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
• Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience , preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Hands-on experience using ADP is required.
• Experience processing payroll and maintaining HR records within ADP.
• Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Experience working with temporary staffing agencies.
• Experience supporting both direct-hire and contingent workforces.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-service mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
