Trinity Staffing Solutions LLC is a growing staffing agency dedicated to connecting quality talent with exceptional employers. We are seeking an experienced HR Staffing Specialist to join our team and support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and daily staffing operations.

Position Overview

The HR Staffing Specialist will be responsible for recruiting and interviewing candidates, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, supporting client staffing needs, and ensuring compliance with hiring and employment requirements. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for client assignments.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and employment verification through E-Verify and Workday.
• Process background checks and drug screenings.
• Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate employee placements and scheduling.
• Support workers' compensation and employee relations matters.
• Communicate with clients, employees, and internal sales teams.
• Manage email correspondence and daily office administrative tasks.
• Utilize ADP and other HR systems to support employee administration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Staffing, Recruiting, or a related field.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Working knowledge of Workday, E-Verify, and ADP preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
