The hospital offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, including emergency, surgical, diagnostic, and rehabilitation care. The telemetry unit is a 32‑bed unit of all private rooms, where patients receive continuous cardiac monitoring and require close observation. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing care standards. Promote patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment. Educate patients and families on illness management, medication administration, and post‑treatment home care. Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with defined goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team and families. Ensure timely communication of care plans across the continuum of care. Use critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Assess patient preferences and barriers to care, respecting values, emotions, spirituality, culture, and population-specific needs. Maintain constant alertness and safe behavior, as this is a safety‑sensitive position. Minimum Requirements Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree in Nursing – no experience required. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Preferred Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – no experience required.
