Responsibilities: Independently manage an active litigation caseload Draft and argue motions, pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence Take and defend depositions Participate in trial preparation and litigation strategy Provide practical legal guidance and case analysis to clients Maintain organized case files and consistently meet deadlines Communicate proactively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members Qualifications: 4–8 years of litigation experience Active Texas Bar license required Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Commercial, construction, or real estate litigation experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: $145,000–$160,000 DOE Quarterly bonus potential tied to revenue performance No billable hour requirement Hybrid flexibility Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with employer match State Bar dues and CLE coverage Student loan support program Paid holidays and discretionary PTO Long-term growth opportunities within a growing firm This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking sophisticated litigation work, strong earning potential, and a collaborative environment without traditional billable hour pressure.
