Assistant Controller — Lead Close & GAAP Policy

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Controller in Cincinnati, OH. You will lead the monthly close, maintain accounting policies in accordance with U.S. GAAP, and manage a 4–5 person accounting team with a strong emphasis on process improvement. In this role you will coordinate external audits, prepare internal and external financial reporting, and partner with senior leadership to strengthen internal controls while supporting tax and ERP systems.
