Monday-Thursday, 7:30am-6:00pm | Flexible Scheduling Available Using Fridays

Columbus, Ohio (onsite)

What You’ll Do:

• Support attorneys in managing client matters – drafting documents from existing templates and filing with courts and agencies
• Assist in the preparation and review of discovery materials
• Gather facts and evidence to support the development of legal arguments, strategies, and positioning
• Aid in trial preparation and attend meetings, hearings, depositions, and other events as needed
• Help with general office management and supervision of other staff
• Collaborate on office marketing efforts including social media content creation and brand material design
• Maintain and organize both hard copy and electronic filing systems

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of paralegal experience in a litigation-focused law firm – required
• Dynamic, motivated, and self-starting – someone who takes initiative and brings energy to a small team
• Strong analytical and investigative skills – you evaluate information objectively and form sound, reasoned judgments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with exceptional time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – typing, spelling, proofreading, and grammar must be strong
• Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF; general knowledge of legal case management software and billing practices
• Resourceful, creative problem solver who embraces change and technology
