This is a firm dedicated personal injury law. They are committed to providing compassionate, client-focused representation to individuals and families impacted by negligence and serious injury. Their team works collaboratively to advocate for clients through every stage of the legal process, from initial intake through litigation and resolution. They need an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of personal injury cases, from investigation through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and experienced in managing case files. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, capability of handling multiple deadlines, and a client-centered approach to case management. Some responsibilities will include obtaining and organizing medical records, bills, police reports, and related documentation, draft correspondence and legal documents, maintain accurate and up-to-date case files communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts. This is a growing, small boutique law firm that offers a high level of service to individuals, families, and businesses in a wide variety of practice areas. Impressive offices located in the north side of Columbus, Responsibilities will involve supporting attorneys in managing client matters and providing legal services by drafting documents from existing office templates and filing documents with various courts and agencies. Assisting in the preparation and review of discovery. Gathering facts and evidence to assist in the development of legal arguments, strategies, and positioning. Assist in trial preparation and attend meetings, hearings, depositions, and other events as needed . Up to $66,000 to start depending on level of experience and skills.
