Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CATH LAB) Technologist position available in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. This role involves supporting the cardiac catheterization lab team with a focus on structural heart procedures, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), Impella devices, and other interventional cardiology techniques. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.

Job Details:

• Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Education Requirements: Not specified.
• Location Requirements: Located in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
• Years of Experience: 0 years minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Days, 10 hours shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Self scheduling; experienced staff; floated within department including electrophysiology (EP) and stress testing labs; unit utilizes GE Innova imaging, Impella devices, MacLab, and Meditech systems.
• Responsibilities include performing procedures such as transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), patent foramen ovale (PFO) closures, atherectomy, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and more on a unit that is equipped with 7 beds and dedicated staff.
