What You Will Do
•Clean commercial facilities using our proven, structured cleaning system
•Follow a systematic room-by-room process that ensures nothing is missed
•Properly empty, line, and present trash receptacles throughout the facility
•Reset rooms after cleaning — aligning chairs, organizing surfaces, and leaving every space looking and feeling its best
•Complete end-of-shift security procedures including turning off lights, setting alarms, and verifying all doors are locked
•Maintain your supply closet in a clean, organized, and fully stocked condition
•Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to your supervisor and or via company app

What We Are Looking For
•Reliable and punctual — your team counts on you
•Detail-oriented — you notice what others overlook
•Accountable — you own your work and your mistakes
•Coachable — you are open to training and feedback
•Physically able to perform cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 lbs

Prior cleaning experience is a plus but is not required. We provide full training.
