Hotel Resort Front Desk Agent – Seasonal

Location: Pompano Beach, FL — near the Pompano Beach Pier
Employment Type: Seasonal / Temporary
Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift – Morning: $15.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift – Afternoon/Evening: $15.00 per hour
• 3rd Shift – Overnight/Night Audit: $16.00 per hour

Job Summary

Customer Driven Staffing is seeking professional, customer-focused, and reliable Front Desk Agents for a seasonal opportunity at a hotel resort in Pompano Beach, Florida, near the Pompano Beach Pier.

The ideal candidates will provide exceptional guest service, assist with check-in and check-out procedures, handle guest inquiries, and help ensure a positive experience for hotel guests. We are hiring for morning, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with hospitality experience who enjoy working in a resort environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, creating a positive first impression.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, verify guest information, and assist with room assignments.
• Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
• Address guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records, process payments when required, and follow established front desk procedures.
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and a courteous, guest-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn hotel reservation or property management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work the assigned shift, including weekends and holidays as required by hotel operations.

Available Shifts

1st Shift – Morning (Hiring)

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Morning schedule; 7:00AM to 2:00PM

2nd Shift – Afternoon/Evening

• Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Afternoon/evening schedule; 2:00PM to 11:00PM

3rd Shift – Overnight / Night Audit (Hiring)

• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Overnight schedule; 11:00Pm to 7:00PM

Work Environment

This position is based at a hotel resort in Pompano Beach, near the Pompano Beach Pier. Candidates should be comfortable working in a guest-facing hospitality environment and maintaining professional service standards throughout their shift.

Reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time are important, particularly for overnight shifts.
