As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver Credentialing in Lake Mary, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support access control and respond professionally to the needs of employees, visitors, and the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and access records.
• Report observed hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations to appropriate personnel while maintaining a professional presence.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
