ID: 78209403 Shift: 12hr Nights 12x Description: HWL Hospital-R24924 Shift: 7p-7a\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nThis is a High Acuity Med Surge floor/ Respiratory Care Unit\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in ms/tele.\r\nCommon Patient Diagnoses: PNA, COPD exac, GI Bleed, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, hepatic encephalopathy, renal failure, bowel obstruction, end of life, wounds, etc.\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required\r\nCurrent Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start & ACLS \r\nWill need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%\r\nWill accept 1st time travelers\r\n20 Beds in unit\r\nRatios: 1-5, sometimes 6\r\nTraveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Laconia, 80 Highland Street, Laconia, NH, 03246 or Concord Hospital-Franklin,15 Aiken Ave, Franklin, NH 03235 Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:69
