Manufacturing Sourcer/Procurement

Key Responsibilities Identifying and developing new suppliers Requesting and comparing quotations Price negotiation and cost reduction initiatives Coordinating sample submission and sample approval processes Supporting supplier qualification and onboarding Working with internal teams such as Buyer, Engineering, Quality, and Planning for supplier evaluation and project support Assisting with sourcing strategies to improve supply stability and cost competitiveness Conducting annual supplier evaluations / scorecards for key vendors Minimum Qualifications 3+ years sourcing/procurement experience Experience in supplier development and strategic sourcing Strong negotiation and cost analysis skills Experience with RFQ, supplier qualification, and cost reduction projects Ability to coordinate with engineering, quality, planning, and suppliers Familiar with manufacturing processes and supply chain operations Preferred Qualifications Experience with US/Mexico suppliers is a plus Benefit at Delta Electronics Americas Life at Delta EEO Statement Delta Electronics Americas is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
