Material Driver - Kansas City

Role Overview Holman’s upfitting division is hiring a Full‑time Material Driver for our Kansas City, MO location. Pay is $20–$24 per hour (depending on experience and license). The position is Monday‑Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm. Responsibilities Drive a non‑CDL box truck from shop to shop. Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non‑controlled). Assist and participate in conducting cycle counts. Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment. Pull and stage parts for production and complete requisitions for parts shortages. Collect and properly package inventory and purchased items needing shipment. Comply with the company’s safety policies while using lifting devices (forklifts and scissor lifts) and maintain clean initiative standards. Perform other functions and responsibilities as required. Qualifications Valid Cass E Driver’s License with a Medical Endorsement. Prior driving experience with a non‑CDL box truck. Forklift certification or prior warehouse/materials experience is desired. Ability to work in multiple environments – shop, outdoors in all weather conditions, and office. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping systems. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize daily activities. Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.
