Seeking an energetic and data-driven Paid Social Manager, this full-time remote position will manage and optimize paid social media campaigns for clients, focusing on performance goals and budget management while leveraging platforms like Meta and TikTok. Key responsibilities Partner with clients to develop and deliver effective paid social media strategies Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on ecommerce goals Manage client budgets meticulously to ensure accurate pacing and spending Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta and TikTok 2+ years of ecommerce experience with a focus on online sales and ROAS Proven ability to manage monthly budgets exceeding $500K Exceptional communication and presentation skills for client interactions Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
