About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on the role of enterprise financial leader for its multi-entity organization. The CFO will be responsible for full financial leadership across the company and its affiliates, with a focus on strategic partnership, capital stewardship, and forward-looking financial leadership. This is a key position that requires the ability to navigate a complex business model, integrating regulated insurance operations with for-profit and nonprofit affiliates, government programs, and a significant investment portfolio. The successful candidate will have a meaningful impact on financial strategy, investments, regulatory readiness, and enterprise performance management, and will be expected to influence decision-making at both the management and Board levels. The ideal CFO for the company will be comfortable with the regulatory and structural complexity of the business and will bring clarity, discipline, and practical insight to executive and Board decision-making. The role offers significant visibility and influence, with the opportunity to shape how finance supports leaders across the enterprise. The CFO will work closely with an experienced CEO and a supportive Board, and will have an active seat at the table on enterprise strategy and capital decisions. This position is well-suited to an executive who can translate complexity into clear choices and help the organization stay aligned on its priorities.
