What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

Listen carefully to understand each client’s needs and priorities

Guide individuals and families through the application and enrollment process

Provide follow-up support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience

Participate in team meetings, development sessions, and ongoing training
