What You’ll Do

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients through Zoom

Listen carefully to understand each client’s needs and priorities

Explain available benefit options in a clear and professional manner

Guide individuals and families through the application and enrollment process

Provide follow-up support to ensure a smooth and positive client experience

Participate in team meetings, development sessions, and ongoing training

Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen service and client outcomes
