RN Clinical Supervisor - Breast Center and Radiation Oncology - Full Time Day

Description The Clinical Supervisor (CS) assists the Nurse Manager or Director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the services of the unit. The CS manages and coordinates the unit, directs and supervises caregivers, interprets policies, procedures, protocols, standards, and regulations as appropriate, and oversees all aspects of nursing care. The CS maintains clinical competence and certifications to support the unit when required. Required Qualifications California Registered Nurse License (upon hire) National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire) ANCC or AACN recognized specialty certification (or within 1 year of hire); for those hired prior to 2/16/2022 without certification, must obtain within 1 year of that date 1 year recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital in a specialty area 1 year Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse experience Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Master's Degree in Nursing Shared Governance experience Benefits Providence offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes a retirement 401(k) plan with employer matching, health care benefits (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, voluntary benefits, well‑being resources, and more. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
