Job Description

Job Duties :

• Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project including the planning, design, program, test, and implement of business solutions designed to meet requirements.

• Develop complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents.

• Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.

• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

• Identify and mitigate risks to the project and communicate risks to stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation.

• Prepare status updates, including QUAD charts to senior management.

• Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders.

• Show ability to learn new tools and processes.

• Show flexibility in changing approach when needed.

• Experience with ERP / third party systems program management with SDLC experience.

• Ensure the quality and integrity of project work products.

• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

• Lead change management.

• Motivate the team by explaining priorities and objectives.

• Adhere to and analyze project/program policies processes, standards, governance, and metrics.

• Make recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery and expense reduction in projects.

• Knowledge on Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry in Planning.

• Manage Projects that include Kinaxis.

Education: The minimum qualification required for the performance of the above specialty occupation duties is a bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Engineering or equivalent in a related field or a foreign equivalent with relevant experience.
