Location: Torrance CA | Fully Remote (U.S.-based candidates welcome) Employment Type: Full-time What You’ll Do As a Tax Senior Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to clients and a leader within the firm: Lead U.S. federal & state tax compliance for corporate and individual clients Manage cross-border tax matters, especially Japan–U.S. coordination Review tax returns and workpapers prepared by staff Serve as a primary point of contact for key client relationships Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to advisory projects Support M&A tax due diligence, including exposure analysis and structuring considerations Drive business development efforts and expand client relationships Mentor and develop staff while fostering a high-performance team culture Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance standards are consistently met What We’re Looking For CPA preferred 10+ years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred) Strong expertise in U.S. corporate and individual taxation Experience with international / cross-border tax matters Background in M&A tax diligence or transaction advisory is a strong plus Proven ability to develop business and win new clients Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead client engagements independently Japanese language skills Why Join Us? 100% remote flexibility with a collaborative, global team (USA only) Work on complex, cross-border engagements with real impact Take ownership of client relationships and strategic initiatives Be part of a growth-oriented environment with leadership visibility Interested or know someone who might be a great fit?
