Sr. Accountant

Sr. Accountant\n\nTimpl has partnered with a leading 3PL logistics service provider offering\nintegrated solutions including air, ocean, and ground transportation,\nwarehousing & distribution, and customs clearance. And we are seeking a Sr.\nAccountant\n\n\n\nLocation: Carson, CA\nWork Requirement: Senior Level\n\nResponsibility\n * Review and validate expense ledger entries and support monthly close\n processes\n * Manage employee expense reimbursements and corporate credit card transactions\n * Review fixed asset schedules and calculate monthly depreciation expenses\n * Monitor and reconcile prepaid expenses on a monthly basis\n * Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations during\n month-end close\n * Support financial audits and reviews by preparing documentation and\n responding to auditor inquiries\n * Analyze financial data and prepare reports, including balance sheets, income\n statements, and other management reports\n * Prepare annual financial statements and internal quarterly financial reports\n * Conduct ad hoc projects and carry out additional tasks as assigned by the\n supervisor\n * Develop, implement, and uphold proper accounting policies and internal\n controls\n * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting\n principles and provide financial guidance\n\n\n\nQualifications\n * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field required\n * 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience\n * Strong understanding of GAAP and internal control frameworks\n * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct thorough\n financial analysis and recommend solutions\n * Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to relay\n technical accounting information to non-technical people: bilingual in Korean\n and English required\n * Multi-Branch management experience is preferred\n * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required\n * Attention to detail and accuracy a must\n * Proven analytical and strategic skills\n * Excellent organization and communication skills\n * Proficient presentation skills\n * Ability to work in groups\n * Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge\n * Excellent organizational and time management skills: self-management\n required.\n * Audit and/or Review report preparation experience is highly desired.
