Senior Accountant
$40 - $52 per hourCentury Group
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $40 to $52 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:- Prepare, reconcile and analyze various general ledger account balances
- Prepare various journal entries for month-end close
- Assists with compiling and preparing analysis, schedules, and financial statements for internal purposes and financial audits
- Analysis and review of budget, revenue, and expense entries
- Review invoices and other accounting documents
- Resolve accounting discrepancies as required
- Oversight of accounts payable
- Assist in the preparation of profit and loss statements and monthly closing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, finance or related filed
- 5+ years of profession accounting experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software's and database tools.
- Manufacturing, defense contractor experience is a plus
