Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrated experience working in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings.
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in PreK-12 students.
• Develop tailored intervention plans to address each child’s unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to provide well-rounded support and create inclusive classroom environments.
• Monitor and report student progress, adjusting techniques and strategies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
