Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse or LPN - Acute Rehab Unit

We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation Unit located in Post Falls, ID. This position involves delivering exceptional, patient-focused care to adults who are in the process of recovering from surgery, illness, or injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and various treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and other support staff.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and ensure safe discharge processes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
