Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?ROLE SUMMARY: In this role, you are responsible for interpreting sales data with analytical takeaways and recommendations as an integral role within our sales department. The Sales Intelligence Director position leads a group of Business Analysts who collectively work closely with top leaders in the organization and various cross-functional groups. The employee and team support our Field Sales teams as well as other Sales functions with fact-based data to make informed decisions and recommendations. Additionally, the employee is tasked with various projects leveraging Sales analysis to bring our strategic enablers to life, improve our capabilities, and drive top- and bottom-line growth. Through these detailed insights, our Sales Intelligence team has the opportunity to lead our company in exciting directions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Support the Region Vice President, Commercial Directors, Retail Sales Directors, and other Region Directors by providing routine sales reporting, ad hoc support, and sales/share/distribution analysis, drilling into root causes of performance gapsCreate and update sales presentations for use in communication meetings, retailer visits, and planning meetingsConduct training as required with region team and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance to understand competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplaceDevelop and implement a strategic 1YP and 3YP for the Sales departmentFoster a culture of data-driven decision-making and accountability for metrics and resultsCoach, lead, and direct the Sales organization to provide efficient business and career growthResponsible for the efficient deployment of Business Analysts, making recommendations for adjusting or changing roles, coverage models, or team configurations to maximize efficiency and effectivenessManage analytic pool/pipeline in Region for Revenue Management and Sales Intelligence, along with other functionsJOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree required, preferred in Statistics, Economics, Math, Computer Science, Business, or related field5+ years' of experience reviewing and analyzing sales data and summarizing key takeaways for managementStrong business acumen, with analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how decisions impact bottom line performanceDemonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity to desired outcomes, work with large datasets, and distill analyses into relevant insights with a structured and systematic thought processClear communicator who can story-tell with dataAdvanced Excel skills & experience developing dashboards and working with business intelligence/data visualization tools, PowerBI skills preferred5+ years of Anheuser-Busch selling experience preferredExperience in consulting, accounting, technology, CPG, liquor, or accounting industry experience preferredBeer/alcohol industry knowledge preferredWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
