Our client is a well-established technology services organization supporting businesses across a range of IT and digital infrastructure needs. The company provides solutions spanning managed technology, cybersecurity, connectivity, cloud services, and workplace technologies, serving a broad base of commercial and enterprise clients. With a large national footprint and a strong focus on innovation and customer service, the organization continues to expand its capabilities and invest in their people and technology. They are currently looking to add a Senior Treasury Analyst to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$100k - $110k

Position Overview:

The Senior Treasury Analyst will oversee cash forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and treasury operations. This role will ensure accurate financial analysis and optimize working capital to support strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements and collaborate across teams to enhance financial efficiency.

Responsibilities of the Senior Treasury Analyst:

• Manage and maintain the rolling 13-week cash forecast, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and ongoing refinement in coordination with FP&A.
• Maintain the organization's working capital analysis, evaluating DSO, DPO, inventory-related drivers, liquidity scenarios, and key factors contributing to changes in cash performance.
• Oversee daily liquidity monitoring across bank accounts, including cash balances, account activity, transfers, and near-term funding requirements.
• Manage core banking administration, including account maintenance, authorized users, signatory controls, and access across banking platforms.
• Oversee cash disbursement activities focusing on payment timing, working capital optimization, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Establish, document, and enhance treasury-related processes, controls, and procedures as the function continues to mature.
• Build and maintain relationships with external banking partners and serve as a primary point of contact for routine banking matters.
• Assist with debt-related reporting, covenant requirements, compliance deliverables, and revolver or borrowing-base activity.
• Develop financial analysis and supporting materials for CFO discussions with lending institutions and private equity stakeholders.
• Participate in treasury-related M&A initiatives, integrations, and other finance projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes across treasury, AP, AR, cash application, and broader cash management activities.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify recurring financial process issues, improve operational workflows, and implement automation and other efficiency initiatives.

Required Experience/Skills for the Senior Treasury Analyst:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, FP&A, accounting, audit, banking, credit, AR/AP, or another finance function involving cash management, financial modeling, or transactional activity.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to independently build, analyze, and troubleshoot financial models.
• Demonstrated experience developing financial models or forecasting tools from the ground up rather than simply maintaining existing models.
• Proven ownership of recurring financial processes such as forecasting, reporting, close activities, or related deliverables from start to finish.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate detailed financial analysis into clear takeaways for senior leadership.
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize the financial information that matters most.
• Comfortable working independently in an environment where processes may need to be developed or improved.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across Finance and non-Finance functions.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve financial processes, automation, collaboration, and overall efficiency.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Senior Treasury Analyst:

• Experience with treasury management systems and banking platforms.
• Knowledge of debt covenant compliance and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with M&A financial integration processes.
• Proficiency in financial automation tools and process improvement methodologies.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field is required.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CTP are a plus.
