Role Description The Branch Manager role at PNC is a full-time, on-site position located in Boulder, CO. The Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, including managing staff schedules, monitoring service quality, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements. This role is responsible for leading and coaching team members to deliver excellent customer service, meet sales and performance goals, and promote PNC’s products and services in the local market. The Branch Manager manages branch financial performance, reviews reports, addresses operational issues, and resolves escalated customer concerns. The role also involves building relationships with clients, engaging with the community, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment. Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution. Experience in retail banking or financial services, with familiarity in branch operations, customer service, and sales activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners. Sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, particularly in handling escalations and complex service situations. Basic to intermediate financial acumen, including understanding of bank products, risk awareness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Proficiency with common office and banking software systems, and comfort working with digital tools and reporting platforms. Ability to work on-site full time in Boulder, CO, with flexibility to adapt to changing branch needs and priorities. Prior supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment; experience in managing or leading a branch or similar operation is preferred.
