As our General Manager, you will be at the helm of all restaurant operations. These are the results we expect you to accomplish:

If you’re comfortable with change and eager to try new things, you’ll love this role. Pay Base salary $85,000 – $90,000, plus a performance‑based quarterly bonus after a 90‑day onboarding period. Total compensation likely ranges from $95,000 to $105,000 per year. Base depends on experience; bonus is based on sales, profitability, and project completion. Work Schedule Full‑time with a semi‑set schedule designed around restaurant demand. Work the busiest shifts of the week, based on forecasted sales and special events. Days off are typically back‑to‑back. General Manager works 5 days and typically 50-ish hours per week. Will You Fit In Here?

If these words don’t describe you, you’ll feel decidedly uncomfortable here. Job Requirements At least 5 years of high‑volume restaurant experience as a General Manager or equivalent. Proven experience hiring, staffing, and leading teams. Proven experience actively managing costs in a high‑volume hospitality operation. Upscale or fine‑dining restaurant General Manager experience – a major plus. Must have current ServSafe Manager & BASSET certifications. Must be at least 21 years old. Must have open availability – nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to regularly work 50-ish hours per week. Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and keep pace of a busy restaurant. Must have a valid driver’s license & sole access to a personal vehicle. Must have access to a personal computer or tablet for administrative tasks. Familiarity with Toast, SevenRooms, 7Shifts, & Margin Edge – a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Workstream
