Assistant Project Manager

Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for our Paving Group in Colorado Springs, CO. Primary Responsibilities Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates. Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and regulatory agencies. Track project expenses, review cost reports, and manage project budgets to optimize profitability. Identify cost‑saving opportunities and implement efficient resource management strategies. Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff, engineers, and support personnel. Ability to work onsite and manage field crews. Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or in pursuit in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 1 year of project management experience. Strong willingness to learn and grow in an organization. Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite.
