HireQuest Direct is seeking an energetic Branch Manager to lead our Tucson branch. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, develop your team, ensure exceptional customer service, and help drive the branch's continued growth and profitability. What You'll Do -

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the branch by:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing branch team
• Creating a positive culture built around our Core Values
• Managing daily staffing operations, including dispatching Field Team Members (FTMs)
• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet customer needs
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular visits and exceptional service
• Partnering closely with the Business Development team to deliver staffing solutions
• Resolving employee and customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Overseeing payroll payouts, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and branch financial operations
• Managing Workers' Compensation claims, investigations, unemployment claims, and Certified Payroll
• Planning recruiting events and job fairs to attract quality candidates
• Conducting performance reviews, coaching conversations, and progressive discipline when needed
• Ensuring branch compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Supporting branch growth while consistently meeting performance goals

 

What We're Looking For -

We're searching for someone who enjoys leading from the front and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of professional work experience
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience in customer service, sales, or account management
• Staffing industry experience is a plus
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Flexibility to work occasional weekends as business needs require
