In Home Caregiver (Weekends)Join Senior Helpers - Lee's Summit as an In Home Caregiver (Weekends) and provide compassionate, personalized care to seniors in South Kansas City, MO. This role is ideal for caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of older adults by supporting their independence and enhancing their quality of life during weekend hours.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.Help with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.Monitor seniors' health and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.Ensure medication reminders and assist with mobility as needed.Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.RequirementsPrevious caregiving experience preferred but not required.Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work weekends and flexible availability.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices in caregiving.BenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.Supportive work environment with ongoing training and development.Flexible scheduling to accommodate your availabilityAbout the Company:We are an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC dba Senior Helpers®.
